Bindery Supervisor
We are seeking a Bindery Supervisor to supervise folder operators and coordinate bindery activities of mail shop production.
- Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines
- Studies production schedule and estimates worker hour requirements to complete job assignments
- Provides training and development on folder and bindery machines
- Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment and reports mechanical problems
- Performs hourly quality control checks on machine related production activity

Mail Shop Helper
Position assists in the production and preparation of mail in various support activities to ensure timely completion of mail projects by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as a “catcher” or “feeder” on various mail shop equipment.
- Operates a manual pallet jack, power jack, and strapping machine.
- Moves pallets to and from the mail shop floor.
- Stocks inserter machines with trays and sleeves
- Follows internal procedures for stacking, wrapping, and tagging completed mail skids destined for the USPS Bulk Mail Acceptance Unit.
- Performs clean-up and organizational duties for mail shop.
- Assists other mail shop personnel as needed
- Takes direction from Shift Supervisor or lead persons as required.
- Understands bundling and traying requirements to meet USPS standards.
- Occasional overtime work is required.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Production Coordinator
We are looking to hire a Production Coordinator to assist the Mail Shop manager in coordinating activities of the production process.
- Study production schedules and estimate worker hours required for completion
- Track and maintain stamp inventory and perform weekly inventory
- Facilitate communication between Mail Shop and Account Representatives to ensure timely receipt of products
- Reviews production related paperwork for accuracy and documents errors or discrepancies for manager
- Conducts inspections of finished product to ensure that mail and materials are prepared in accordance with USPS regulations
- Exercises to halt production due to poor quality, inaccuracy and/or safety reasons
Qualifications
- High School diploma and/or one to two years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive business knowledge and excellent command of the English language

Insert Operator/Folder

Folder Set-Up Operators and Inserter Set-Up Operators
Experienced full-time Folder machine operators and experienced full-time Inserter machine operators needed to set up and operate mail machines for our Mail Shop Department.
- Sets up tracks and pockets to fit all materials to be inserted for various size carriers
- Detects doubles and misses while processing material
- Make adjustments to the equipment to maintain optimal production output
Folder Operators and Inserter Operators
Full-time Folder and Inserter machine operators needed to operate mail machines for our Mail Shop Department.
- Ensure materials are folded in proper sequence and accuracy
- Make adjustments to the equipment to maintain optimal production output
- Must have the ability to operate and sort independently and maintain equipment production speed

Print Production Shift Supervisor
We are seeking a Print Production Shift Supervisor to operates various laser printing machines to reproduce typeset matter, data, graphs, and similar material. The qualified individual will directly supervise 5-10 employees in the Production department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Performs all of the functions required to start and run any job on all equipment including supporting software without assistance.
- Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines.
- Spot checks the output of jobs being processed to ensure quality.
- Inspects load markers, run sheets, and stock pulled to verify accuracy.
- Interprets specifications and run sheets to workers and assigns duties.
Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
- Provides consistent training and leadership to staff.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Inkjet Operator
Position operates machinery under close supervision in accordance with Department standard operating procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sets up inkjet/MCS base.
- Sets up string feeder.
- Is knowledgeable with the software for Imager Pro 800.
- Is knowledgeable in USPS regulation for automation mail.
- Makes minor adjustments to equipment to maintain optimal production output.
- Operates machinery independently and maintains equipment production speeds assigned by shift supervisor and/or Manager.
- Completes production log sheets accurately.
- Sets up one or more of the following machines: Inserter, Inkjet, Tabber, Folder.
- Reports mechanical problems to appropriate personnel.
- Follows safety guidelines at all times
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Occasional overtime work is required.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Laser Operator
We are seeking for a Laser Operator to operate various laser printing machines to reproduce typeset matter, data, graphs, and similar material. The qualified individual must have knowledge of business and command of the English language as well as have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. The position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Manipulates controls to set laser printers for size and thickness of paper, to position printed impression, and to regulate the flow of toner and speed of paper feed, according to the material to be produced.
- Starts and runs jobs on Nipson, OCE, Konica, and Merlin laser printers.
- Starts machine and examines printed copy for toner density, position on paper, and registration.
- Fills toner and ink receptacles and makes adjustments to machine throughout production run to maintain superior quality and specific registration.
- Loads paper, adjusts machine, removes paper jams, and labels material to maintain accuracy and quality of work.
- Provides assistance to senior operators in running the continuous forms lasers printers.
- Operates up to 4 printers simultaneously.

– 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm)

Warehouse Helper/Driver

Must have a valid driver’s license.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Loads and unloads truck and moves materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand and/or forklift to designated areas.
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Arranges stock parts in specified sequence for the assembly line.
- Counts, weighs, and records the number of units of materials or marks information on cases, pallets, other containers.
- Lifts heavy objects by hand or with a power hoist and cleans the work area.
- Operates industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED. Ability to follow directions.
