On Saturday, April 4, 1986, L&E Meridian officially opened its doors for business. In the beginning L&E was a tag team of four ‘Leprechauns & Elves’ who kept their day jobs and worked at night for the first six months. Quickly our reputation was established and the business grew. Over the years, the company has stayed on the cutting edge of technology, software and equipment, while earning a reputation for integrity and commitment to getting the job done. Opportunity and expansion created three moves in the first five years and two more since. We’ve grown our team from the original four to 115 currently.
We are fortunate to work with national and local non-profits, financial institutions, corporations and government agencies—in fact, we still have a relationship with our very first client.
The core beliefs that move L&E Meridian forward on a daily basis are: 1) never, never, never give up, 2) treat your clients the way you want to be treated, 3) grow or die and 4) be happy.
