Current Openings

We are seeking full-time Laser Operators to operate and monitor various laser printing machines. This role involves producing high-quality typeset materials, data output, graphics, and other printed products while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Set up and operate high-volume laser printers, adjusting paper size, stock thickness, image placement, toner flow, and paper feed speed based on job specifications.
• Run and monitor production jobs on OCE, Konica, and Merlin laser printing systems.
• Inspect printed output for toner density, registration, alignment, and overall quality; make real-time adjustments to maintain specifications.
• Refill toner and ink reservoirs and perform ongoing machine adjustments throughout production runs to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Load paper stock, clear jams, label finished materials, and maintain accurate workflow to meet quality and production standards.

We are seeking a Folder Operator to operate bursting and folding equipment, ensuring materials are folded accurately and in the proper sequence. Preferred candidates will have at least one year of experience setting up and operating a folder or similar mail-processing equipment; however, candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply. Paid training is provided.

• Demonstrates working knowledge of First Class and Standard Mail sorting requirements.
• Adjusts and calibrates equipment to maintain optimal production output.
• Independently sets up and operates bindery equipment while maintaining production speeds set by the Shift Supervisor and/or Manager.
• Accurately completes and maintains production log sheets.
• Interprets work order requirements to ensure correct and efficient job processing.

We are seeking full-time Inserter Machinery Operators to set up and operate mail-processing machines in our Mail Shop Department. Preferred candidates will have at least one year of experience setting up and operating an inserter or similar mail-processing equipment; however, candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply. Paid training is provided.

• Sets up tracks and pockets to accommodate materials for various carrier sizes.
• Demonstrates knowledge of USPS automation mail regulations.
• Operates machinery independently while maintaining production speeds established by the shift supervisor or manager.
• Detects and resolves doubles and missed pieces during material processing.

We are seeking a full-time Mail Processor/Overage Clerk to support the Mail Shop Supervisor in coordinating and executing daily Mail Shop production activities. This role is responsible for assisting with mail processing operations, handling overage materials, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the Mail Shop.

• Prepare all required documentation for submitting mail jobs to the United States Postal Service (USPS).
• Inspect finished products to ensure mail and materials comply with USPS regulations and standards.
• Review production-related paperwork for accuracy; document and report errors or discrepancies to the Mail Shop Supervisor.
• Operate material-handling equipment, including manual pallet jacks, power jacks, and strapping machines.
• Follow internal procedures for stacking, wrapping, tagging, and staging completed mail skids for delivery to the USPS Bulk Mail Acceptance Unit.
